NADI COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
Following visitation to and endorsement by the traditional custodians of the land through the Turaga Na Taukei Navo, Ratu Meli Saukuru and ground-breaking by shareholders, the Vinod Patel Nadi Commercial Development project was launched. Located in the western side of Fiji’s second largest island, Viti Levu and within the country’s tourism hub of Nadi Town, this Development is valued at FJD 27.5M.
The development is for a commercial complex that will include retail outlets for the Group’s Vinod Patel and Home Living divisions. Our reputable partners for this project include Architects Pacific, HLK Jacob as Project Manager/Structural Engineer and Irwin Alsop Pacific as Services Engineer.
The commercial complex is scheduled to open in early 2025.
