Vajira has 16 years of work experience in the well-known manufacturing Plants in Sri Lanka and middle east in the fields of Ceramics, Trailer design, Quantity Surveying, Business development, Metallurgical engineering and Cable manufacturing. He is Passionate about innovative, lean and smart manufacturing and operations. Having worked 10 years in the Sri Lankan in cable industry, he made the switch across the globe to Pacific Cables. Vajira holds a Master of Business Administration Degree specializing in Operations Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura with special recognition in introducing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) tool. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Engineering and Computer Programming Diploma from theTechnical Education Collage in Sri Lanka.
