Responsibilities:
- Lead as a key contact between the business and contractors/builders for all new and ongoing projects.
- Responsible to deliver project targets and budgets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants.
- Lead and manage a team of motivated Trade Sales Associates.
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings, explore new business opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction via on time fulfillment of orders.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors in handling quotations and new enquiries on projects
- Exercise a lead role in product development in the business.
- Report to management on the progress on projects and key initiatives for growth and increase in market share.
- Assist in organizing trade events at regional and national level.
- Represent the company in local and overseas events.
- Conduct sales and product training where applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 to 6 years of work experience in a similar role or industry experience. Project management experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and work to tight deadlines.
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline would be an advantage.
