Marlon is a seasoned global supply chain executive with over 15 years of leadership experience. He specialises and has extensive experience in logistics, inventory, and procurement management, along with process improvement. Marlon is passionate about strengthening the efficiency, system automation and resilience of supply chain to drive operational excellence. He has worked across multiple countries, including Sri Lanka, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji, while also handling special projects in Asia, Middle Eastern countries, and with logistics partners in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Marlon holds various qualifications including Advance Diploma in Supplies & Material Management and Supply Chain and MCSA System Administrator, Oracle 9i SQL DBA, CCNA (CISCO) Certification.
